Canada Shipping Policies

Orders are shipped by Canada Post or FedEx.  Your shipping charge or service may vary depending on the dimension weight of your package.  For a price estimate please add the products in shopping cart and click on process checkout from the shopping cart page, you will see real time shipping cost as part of checkout.

Store Pickup

We do offer store pickup, however it may not be available during checkout throughout the year. 

Ground

Delivery in 3-7 business days after placing your order.  

We will send you a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.  Please allow 48 hours for your tracking information to update.  You can track your package from My Account - Billing - Sales Order - Additional Info tab or by clicking on Tracking.

Ground Shipping orders will be shipped by Canada Post or FedEx. Order placed after 1:00 p.m. ETZ will be processed the following business day. Orders placed after 1:00 p.m. ETZ on a Friday or on the weekend will be processed on Monday.

At its discretion, the shipping carrier will attempt one to two deliveries.  If someone is not present to accept the package, the shipping carrier may decide not to leave it at the designated address and the package may be held for pick up at your local shipping carrier office or returned to sender.  If your package is not left at the designated address, please contact your shipping carrier office for details.

3 Business Days
